  • The Network Superintendent's primary responsibility is to support and empower credential holders and other leaders in fulfilling God's call and assignment in their lives and ministries. Ensuring resources focus on developing strategies for gospel transformation in every community and establishing a network of healthy leaders and churches should be the cornerstone of every initiative. Key areas of focus would include bolstering church planting efforts, collaborating with other like-minded denominations I fellowships, increasing engagement with multicultural congregations, encouraging our NextGen to embrace their ministry calling, and providing support to women in ministry and other leadership opportunities.

  • A prevalent challenge that I have noticed while traveling across our network is the number of our credential holders who express feelings of loneliness and isolation. To address this concern, I am committed to leading a comprehensive effort to expand opportunities for meaningful interactions. We will establish a supportive network of genuine ministerial relationships that can provide a sense of belonging and connection. Additionally, we will offer enhanced coaching and mentoring programs to foster a deeper sense of connection and understanding. By addressing spiritual, emotional, and ministry-related challenges, we can create a nurturing environment that supports individuals' growth and fulfillment in their ministry calling.

  • Since my freshman year in Bible College when I made a commitment to full-time ministry, I've come to understand the profound significance of Matthew 28. My life's purpose is to proclaim the Good News and equip and train others to become devoted followers of Jesus. I have a genuine compassion for hurting and lost individuals, and I feel a divine calling to minister and teach to the mind, emotions, and spirit through private and public discipleship. Throughout my journey, I have been actively involved in numerous foreign missions tours, focusing on the training and equipping of leaders and pastors.
