This year, mark your calendars for an all new revisioned 2 DAY Network Conference on May 19th -20th taking place in Binghamton, NY, graciously hosted by City Church, in their brand new location at 285 Main St, Binghamton, NY 13905.

Network Conference 2026 will be a focused, high-impact gathering designed to refresh your spirit, sharpen your leadership, and reconnect you with the mission God has entrusted to us across New York. Taking place May 19–20, this year’s Conference is intentionally two days, making it more accessible than ever while still being packed with meaningful worship, clear vision, and practical sessions. Together, we will celebrate the NYMN mission, lean into church planting and missions, and invest in the next generation of leaders.

Network Conference is more than an event, it is a time to be renewed, reminded you are not alone, and realigned around what God is doing in and through our Network. We believe these two days will be well worth the time, bringing clarity, encouragement, and momentum you can carry back into your local context.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While this conference has several elements specifically targeted at credentialed ministers within the NYMN, Network Conference is designed for all pastors, ministry leaders, church staff, and key volunteers who are actively serving in the life of the local church. Whether you are leading at a high level or investing faithfully behind the scenes, this Conference is meant to encourage, equip, and align you with what God is doing across our Network. We strongly encourage leaders to bring members of their team so you can experience the Conference together, process what you’re learning, and return home with shared vision and practical next steps for your ministry.

  • Yes, we encourage churches to register teams so you can experience the Conference together. For your convenience we have designed the registration form in such a what that individuals or groups can register with the same form.

  • We’re glad you asked. We offer NetKids, a dedicated childcare experience available at no cost for all registered leaders during each Conference session. Our team provides a safe, engaging environment so your children are well cared for while you are able to fully participate and focus. All NetKids workers are background checked, and the children’s area is fully secure, with access limited to approved team members only. We also take allergy needs seriously and have systems in place to contact you immediately if any concerns arise during the event. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you and your family to be part of Network Conference together.

  • This year, Network Conference has been intentionally designed as a two-day event instead of three. This shift allows for a more focused and accessible experience, making it easier for pastors and leaders to attend while still stepping away from their local context. The schedule has been thoughtfully streamlined to ensure that each session, gathering, and moment together is purposeful and impactful. While the format is shorter, the heart of the Conference remains the same—creating space for meaningful worship, strong relational connection, and practical leadership development that you can carry back into your ministry.

Dr. John L. Easter

AG World Missions Executive Director

AGWM Executive Director Dr. John L. Easter's vision is to see AGWM's 2,700 global workers serving in 155 countries joined by the next generation of laborers, and new fields opened for missionary service. His heart is that the sons and daughters of our local churches may discern and respond to God's call to cross-cultural missions and plant the church among the unreached.

As a pastor, missionary, and educator, Dr. Easter is passionate about mobilizing the next generation for frontier missions. Serving in Africa for 22 years, he trained church planters and missionaries to carry the Gospel across the continent. His cross-generational focus extends intimately to his family. John and Cheryl are deeply devoted to their children: Kevin; John-John, and his wife, Calissa; and Mitchell, his wife, Alyssa, and their four children.

As AGWM's executive director, Dr. Easter believes fervent intercession and consistent discipleship are the keys to raising a new generation of laborers. The local church must take up its calling to nurture, disciple, and send out its sons and daughters to proclaim the Good News.
