Due to the unique nature of this special business meeting only pre-registered Credentialed Ministers or pre-registered Church Delegates may participate in the voting during this session. Only General Council and District Council affiliated churches may register a delegate (one delegate for memberships 100 and below and two delegates for church over 100 members). All voting will be done through Zoom Polling. Credentialed couples or teams must each pre-register and use separate devices to log in and vote, as each device allows only one vote.

After you pre-register you will receive a zoom link on Monday August 11th. You can use any smart device that can assess Zoom, i.e smart phone, tablet or computer. Each pre-registered leader will need their own device so that when the election polls are live individual voting can be cast. Voting will take place right in the Zoom seminar platform.
